Shipments and returns


shippingCouture Decorations ships artwork anywhere within the United States via FEDEX.
We normally ship within 7 business days of your completed order. We also ship to over 20 countries.

Please ensure that your shipping address is up-to-date and correct. Packages that are returned to us are often marked "insufficient address." You will be responsible for extra shipping costs if we have to resend due to an address input error.


While we do pack our editions carefully, protect them with heavy duty cardboard. Please review our return policy if your print arrived damaged.


We are now shipping to Canada, most of Western Europe, as well as Australia. You will always see the shipping total before confirming an order. If you would like to buy from Couture Decorations and live in a country we have not mentioned, please email us to make a request.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We have strict quality controls and make sure every piece of high quality before shipment. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, please contact our returns department to discuss the steps to receive a free replacement. 

Our return department will likely ask for a picture of the problem and will expedite a replacement. We will ask for you to return any item in its original packaging within a week of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: 
◦Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer. 
◦Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images. 
◦Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity, mounting of photo or product type. 
◦Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. 
◦Color matching what you have printed off your printer or see on your monitor.
